The Leaf Chronicle has an interesting article about Congressman Blackburn's battle with the EPA.  According to the article, Congressman Blackburn has not only written to President Obama expressing her opposition to a contest sponsored by the EPA which provides a prize of $2,500.  Blackburn is quoted as saying "In an era of ever mounting debt, a $2,500 prize for a YouTube Video is truly not the best use of taxpayer dollars."
