It was interesting to listen to Democrat Senator Kent Conrad state once again that if Democrats in the Senate move forward with using reconciliation to pass their bill in the Senate, they will be severely limited in the scope of the legislation that they can pass. I think it is almost a badge of honor to be awarded "the worst person in the world" according to ultra liberal Keith Olbermann. Although, sometimes it is difficult to follow his rant, he apparently objected to my suggestion to the President that younger people should be permitted to privatize their Social Security accounts.
